About Melanie Schaub

She is an Associate Broker and has been a trusted Real Estate Agent since 2001, bringing more than two decades of experience and endless local knowledge to every client she serves. Born and raised in Leelanau County, she is a lifelong resident who truly understands the lifestyle, communities, and unique properties that make the area so special.

A graduate of Suttons Bay High School, her deep community ties run generations. Her children, Dylan and Kyla, graduated from St. Mary School in Lake Leelanau, further strengthening her connection to the community she proudly calls home. Currently, both her kids attend Michigan State University.

Outside of real estate, she embraces the Northern Michigan lifestyle, enjoying boating, fishing, hiking, and relaxing along Leelanau County’s beautiful beaches. She also serves as Chair of the St. Mary Athletic Committee.
