Meet Joe
In 2018, Schaub Team Premier Realty welcomed him as a licensed agent and team member working alongside Tim Schaub. Originally from Cincinnati and a lifelong summer resident, he relocated to Leelanau County full-time in 2010 as a small business owner.
He attended Roanoke College, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He currently lives in Leland with his wife, Greta, their daughter, Charlie, and their son, Will.
His background in customer service, marketing, and analytics made for a seamless transition into real estate, and to date he has successfully sold over $63 million in property.
He has been a member of Leland Country Club for more than 30 years. In his free time, he works on his golf game at the club, loves to ski in the winter, and enjoys time on the boat with Greta and the kids.
