With a deep appreciation for Northern Michigan and more than 26 years of experience in sales, marketing, and hospitality leadership, she brings a sophisticated, client-focused perspective to real estate. Her career has been defined by strategic vision, exceptional service, and a commitment to creating meaningful connections — qualities that now shape her work with buyers and sellers throughout Leelanau County.

Originally from Grand Rapids, she began her professional journey at The Homestead while earning her degree in Hospitality from Grand Valley State University. She quickly advanced into executive leadership, ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where she guided high-level branding initiatives, market positioning, and client experience strategies within a premier Northern Michigan resort environment.

In 2018, she joined Schaub Team Premier Realty to elevate the team’s marketing presence and client engagement. She became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2019 and now works alongside Roger Schaub in the Suttons Bay office, offering a refined approach grounded in market insight, thoughtful communication, and a deep understanding of Leelanau’s distinctive lifestyle and real estate landscape.

Her commitment to the region extends beyond real estate. She served eight years as Executive Director of the Leelanau Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and continues to support the organization as a member of its Board of Directors. She also serves as Administrative Coordinator for the Leelanau Peninsula Economic Foundation, where she contributes to initiatives that strengthen the local economy and advance thoughtful housing solutions for the future of Leelanau County.

She and her husband, Dale, embrace the beauty of Leelanau year-round, enjoying its coastal scenery, vibrant communities, and outdoor lifestyle. Their daughter, Hanna — a Michigan State University graduate — works as a Social Media Manager for Blank Creative in Chicago.
