Born and raised in Leelanau County, Heather Dziedzic is passionate about helping clients find their perfect home in Northern Michigan. Growing up in Suttons Bay, she watched her parents build custom homes through Padella Building Company, learning the values of hard work, honesty, and quality craftsmanship.
Heather's career began in the hospitality industry—scooping ice cream and waiting tables during Michigan summers—before taking her restaurant experience to Seattle and Chicago. Eventually, the charm of Leelanau called her back home, where she and her husband, Dallas, opened The Flying Noodle, an Italian eatery in downtown Traverse City.
Now, Heather is combining her background in home building with a deep love for the region to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to her clients, she is ready to help you find your dream home in Leelanau County and beyond.
Heather lives in Greilickville with her husband and their two children, Hazel and Vincent. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Northern Michigan’s great outdoors in every season.
