Joe Campo - Licensed Agent | Associate with Tim Schaub
In 2018, Schaub Team Premier Realty introduced Joe Campo as a Licensed Agent and team member working alongside Tim Schaub.
Originally from Cincinnati and a lifelong summer resident, Joe relocated to Leelanau County full-time in 2010 as a small business owner. Joe attended Roanoke College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He currently resides with his wife, Greta, their daughter, Charlie, and son, Will in Leland.
Joe's experience in customer service, marketing, and analytics made the transition into real estate sales a seamless one. In addition to advising his current clientele, Joe will be largely responsible for cultivating new clients through online sources such as Zillow and Realtor.com.
"I'm very excited to establish my career in real estate with Tim and the Schaub Team," stated Joe.
In his free time, Joe can be found working on his golf game at the Leland Country Club or enjoying the beach with Greta and the kids.

Greta Campo - Licensed Agent | Associate with Tim Schaub
Greta Campo is a 5th generation native of Leelanau County. After graduating from Suttons Bay High School, Greta attended Michigan State University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, the study of the mechanics of body movements. After graduating, Greta worked in metro Detroit for a few years with young children in a pre-school and summer camp environment but the desire to move back home to be near family and friends lead her to relocate.
Shortly after moving back to the area, she met her husband, Joe, and became involved with running three small businesses in Leland. Moving back to Leelanau and starting a family rekindled Greta's love for her hometown. That passion has now inspired her to assist others who wish to make Leelanau home too.
Greta's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the area have led her to the world of real estate, to work with Joe and Schaub Team. Her enthusiasm, coupled with her local connections, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and high level of integrity will allow Greta to assist people with the process of buying and selling homes and property.
In her free time, Greta enjoys raising their daughter, Charlie, son, Will, and spending time with her husband, Joe, and actively enjoying the outdoors in this land of delight.
